What is in ProEndorphin?Los Angeles Nutritionist Christine Avanti

ProEndorphin is made up of a combination of B vitamins, amino acids, and natural herbs in an effervescent (fizzy) delivery system. ProEndorphin contains no caffeine or synthetic stimulants, however it contains kola nut which is a natural stimulant (similar to caffeine). ProEndorphin contains no sugar - it is sweetened with sucralose. ProEndorphin contains inositol and taurine. However much of the power of ProEndorphin comes from several ingredients including DMAE (a compound found in anchovies and sardines) and ginseng.

There are two specific reasons why these ingredients are unique to ProEndorphin: 1)The quality and potency of the ingredients is unmatched and 2) the precise combination of these ingredients in ProEndorphin. This is why ProEndorphin delivers a kick like no other. The ingredients in ProEndorphin are NOT chemicals or drugs of any sort. They are vitamins and amino acids that are found in whole foods plus a blend of various herbs. Read on for more details on each ingredient.

Is ProEndorphin safe? At what age can I take ProEndorphin?

ProEndorphinYes it is safe. I recommend it for healthy people over the age of 16. I get asked about ProEndorphin by some people who are in their 80s and I smile because I think of ProEndorphin as a workout booster for athletes. But I have had many happy customers of all ages. I know that some people are severely deficient in B vitamins and ProEndorphin delivers a large dose of these necessary vitamins. It is very unlikely for your body to take enough B vitamins to reach a toxic level, however I recommend a maximum of one serving of ProEndorphin per day.

Could I get the same energy boost by simply eating food?

First of all, ProEndorphin (or any energy drink) does not provide true energy in the nutritional definition. The only energy-yielding nutrients that can actually be used by the cells for energy metabolism are proteins, carbs, and fats (i.e. foods that contain calories). Nor can ProEndorphin compensate for multiple nights with no sleep. Assuming you are eating balanced foods and sleeping reasonably well, ProEndorphin can provide a tremendous boost in mood and alertness (the feeling of being energized). Now can you actually get the feeling that ProEndorphin provides by eating whole foods? No. Although you could eat the foods that contain these ingredients, the concentration would be too low and the volume of food would be too high to get the same effect.

My Bottom Line:

We have become a society of drugs. Drugs are foreign chemicals not essential to human health and most have adverse side-effects. People have come to expect and, at times, even demand drugs for a "quick fix." Natural food supplements work in a gradual manner and are consistent with the rhythms of nature. ProEndorphin is a wonderful supplement to a healthy nutrition plan. ProEndorphin will provide great short-term results along with long-term health benefits for many individuals.
