NUTRITION AND WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS
Each specialized nutrition and fitness program includes a one-hour consultation, specialized nutrition & exercise program tailored to your specific needs, communication with your health care provider, supplement recommendations if necessary, body composition testing, a daily planner, one-year on-line access to your program, and 6 bi-monthly progress evaluations.
In my office you will work with my specially trained staff of nutrition professionals. Each of my nutrition practitioners is an Intrafitt Certified Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition or a related field. All client programs are strictly overseen and reviewed by me personally.

- NUTRITION CONSULTATION (1 HOUR)
Body fat, weight, height, waist and chest measurements are taken. Your medical and metabolic histories are reviewed. Food preferences, daily routines, and realistic options are discussed. You will leave with a great understanding of your body’s nutritional needs and a start on the road to fat loss and vastly improved nutritional habits. - 12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION- CHRISTINE'S ORIGINAL AND MOST POPULAR PROGRAM (12 WEEKS)
This full service nutrition & weight loss program includes an initial nutrition and fitness evaluation, body composition testing, meal-plan prescription, exercise/ cardiovascular component, INTRAFITTĀ® daily planner, one-year online access to your program, and bi-monthly progress evaluations. - TAKING CHARGE OF HEART DISEASE (12 Weeks)
The American Heart Association estimated that 71,300,000 Americans have one or more forms of heart disease. CVD claimed 910,614 lives in 2003 (37.3% of all deaths) compared to cancer claiming 554,643 lives. The numbers are devastating. One in every three people will die of heart disease. The saddest fact is that most deaths caused by CVD could have been reversed through proper diet and exercise. If your total cholesterol levels are higher then 220 mg/dl you may be at risk for heart disease. Christine can help you make simple changes to your daily nutrition and exercise habits that can actually reverse heart disease in a matter of weeks. Pregnancy is one of life's most endearing times, yet it is crucial to stay healthy and fit. Despite the desire to enjoy and indulge in food it is equally important to pay attention what you are eating. This program will provide a healthy blueprint for enjoying food and your pregnancy while reducing excess body fat or maintaining healthy body weight. An official doctor's referral is required prior to beginning this program. - MANAGING DIABETES (12 Weeks)
Each meal plan prescription provided is designed to keep blood glucose levels between 120-80 mg/dl, while offering an array of delicious choices. An exercise and cardiovascular component is also included. An official doctor's referral is required prior to beginning this program. - MANAGING GESTATIONAL DIABETES (12 Weeks)
Pregnancy is a joy but receiving news that you have gestational diabetes can be disappointing. There is hope; Christine will recommend some simple eating changes designed to keep blood sugar stable so you and baby can be happy, healthy and fit. An official doctor's referral is required prior to beginning this program. - ALTERNATIVES TO WHEAT GLUTEN ALLERGY (12 Weeks)
Wheat gluten allergy (Coeliac) can cause agonizing bloating, stomach cramps and resistance to weight loss. Christine will provide a gluten-free meal plan prescription that can help alleviate symptoms and begin the weight loss process. - ALTERNATIVES TO LACTOSE INTOLERANCE (12 Weeks)
Lactose intolerance is not uncommon; between 30-50 million Americans suffer from this food allergy. Being lactose intolerant does not mean that you cannot lose weight. Christine will create a nutrition program focused on losing unwanted pounds ideal for the lactose intolerant individual. - THE FIT AND LEAN VEGETARIAN (12 Weeks)
Learn how to combine plant-based proteins, healthy carbohydrates and unsaturated fats that will trigger a release of stored body fat.
NUTRITION PROGRAM SCHEDULE
These personalized weight loss programs combine your age, weight, height, and body fat composition, to create a personalized "real life" nutrition plan. Christine's programs emphasize fat loss not just weight loss.
| Week 1 : | Body fat, weight, height, waist, hips and chest measurements are taken. Your medical and metabolic histories are reviewed. Food preferences, daily routine and realistic options are discussed with Christine. |
| Week 2: | Individualized meal plan prescription is provided including a cardiovascular exercise component. You will also receive a nutrition and fitness journal as well as on-line access to your program including recipes and a helpful links library. |
| Weeks 3-11: | Attend bi-monthly progress evaluations at Christine's office. Food journal reviewed, body fat tested, meal plan modified (if necessary). |
| Week 12: | Attend final appointment with Christine. Your progress will be assessed. You will be equipped with your personal lifetime fitness and nutrition program. |
