“I am totally sold on Christine and her program; I eat more, am rarely hungry, and find for the most part my binge craving for sweets is eliminated. With a little thought it is pretty easy to follow even when eating out. The biggest challenge is airports and airlines when traveling. I have tried a lot of different styles of eating that resulted in pretty wide weight variation. I am pretty active so weight shouldn’t be a problem, but it was.
